Gosh, I keep getting so behind on this thing! Maybe my 2012 resolution should be to blog more. I always have sooo much to say, I think about all I want to say in my head. Sometimes I lay in bed at night and think about exactly what I want to type on here-- it all sounds very nice (in my head)--- but never makes it here! Ugh!
Anyhow, we had a wonderful Thanksgiving here at home! i cooked A TON of food-- you would of thought there was going to be an army coming, but really it was just 6 people (us counting step dad and my sister). I had a lot of fun cooking the food, and everyone enjoyed it. I've already started planning Christmas dinner, and now I'm super excited for that!
We've also had a little change here as far as Kevin's employment. He is now working a wonderful job, and seems to really be enjoying it! He started the week before Thanksgiving for orientation.
On Monday, November 21 Kyleighann started walking! She now walks everywhere! I was so happy she chose that day to start-- because it was before Kevin was leaving for work for a few days-- and he surely would have missed it!
Now she walks everywhere, like she never knew how to!
It's been amazing seeing her learn new things and try things over the year. Even simple things like bites of food for the first time are amazing to see.
Keith has been doing well in school. I had a parent teacher conference recently, and the teacher seems to be pleased at the things he has accomplished. He still needs constant reminders to sit and listen, and to stay on task. I don't think that is something that is going to change anytime soon.
