As of May, Kyleighann had 2 teeth! She is eating pretty much anything she can get her hands on and whatever is in her hand, goes in her mouth. She is definitely different than Keith, who never wanted ANYTHING near his mouth. Kyleighann definitely does not have any sensory disorders whatsoever!
Keith is finishing up his pre-k year, and is doing so good in school. Much different than last year when I was going to school with him EVERY day in order to keep him (and the teachers) safe. I'm proud of how far he has come. He still has his issues, but we take them day by day and are still learning how to handle some of his quirks. Keith will be attending a regular (full day) kindergarten next year, but will be getting an aide to help him. We are also now pursuing to get a real "diagnosis" for him, so we know what we are dealing with. Obviously, that will help us handle him better, if we know exactly what we are dealing with! His new pediatrician was a bit surprised that we had not been "diagnosed" at this point. So, within the next few months, hopefully we can get a handle on that. It's not like I "want" him to have something wrong, but to get a formal name of what it is, would be a good thing.
We enjoyed going to the Mt. Carmel carnival event in May. It was so fun. Keith had a blast, and Kyleighann enjoyed the carnival lights. We are already talking about the October event!
We got yet another family photo in front of the Mt Carmel statue--- but this time our photo had a new little person to share in it :)
Too bad she was too distracted by something to give a good look :D
