It does really bother me when people say (OR SOONER) when they talk to me. Maybe they don't realize it hurts me. I really need positive people and positive reinforcement right now, and no downers. That's all I'm saying.
Anyway.....I'm doing really good! My diabetes seems to be doing ok on my current insulin doses, but it really does fluctuate a lot. Maybe I've just gotten lucky over the last 3 weeks with my body adjusting to it.
Keith is doing really AWESOME in school! He's even showing certain improvements at home. He starting to stand a little more still when waiting for something (and not having ants in his pants). He has seemed to develop a hair fetish though, and it's really irritating to us. The boy literally tries (and I think succeeds) with eating hair. I have no idea why he does this. His OT doctors and school are are helping us with that (he hasn't done it there--- only at home), so we are literally pulling our OWN HAIR out trying to figure out why he does this!
We went to the Mt Carmel fall festival over the weekend, Ronnie joined us. It was a really fun time (as always!). WE got a few awesome pics there too!
